Our goal was to create a living space that not only redefined the home’s structure but also elevated its essence — blending functionality, light, and emotion into one cohesive architectural narrative.
A Home with a New Point of View
This renovation project is a true exercise in architectural vision and precision. The original structure was neglected, outdated, and poorly distributed. We began by opening up the space vertically — carving out an internal staircase that now leads to a brand-new rooftop kitchen.
This upper-level kitchen is the heart of the home: bright, airy, and framed by full-height glass offering stunning sea views. On the lower floor, we designed a flowing open-plan living area connected seamlessly to the master bedroom.
The layout was restructured to enhance both function and aesthetics. We completely renovated the bathroom and redesigned the second bedroom, creating a coherent, elegant space where every corner speaks of new life.
